Wonderfull house for 4 people, located at only 200 meters of Son Serra de Marina beach.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast daily, while you can look at sea as well as you can feel its fresh and gentle breeze, before you get ready to have a swim in its atonishing waters. Once you come back home, there is an outdoor shower where you are going to be able to take the seasalt out of your bodies and, in addition to this, you can also enjoy of the terrace as well as the indoor terrace, which is also furnished perfectly to take a glass of wine and, then, to have dinner.

The property comprises two floors. In the main floor, you can find a huge living room with seaviews, where you will enjoy talking all together or just watching the TV. Moreover, you gain access to the kitchen-dining room, which is equipped with a gas hob, an oven and everything needed to cook as comfortable as at home. From here, you can go out to the indoor terrace, where there is the principal bathroom of the house, which has a shower, and outdoor stairs that give you access to the upper floor. Here you can find a second living room with TV, just a perfect area in case that any of the guests needs to rest reading a book. In this room, there is also a cot. Likewise, you gain access to a toilete and to two bedrooms, both of them with a wadrobe and air conditioner. One of these bedrooms have two individual beds, meanwhile the other one have just a double bed. The laundry is located downstairs in an independent room where, if you have children, you can do laundry as long as they have fun painting or playing.

Son Serra de Marina is an ideal coastal area for those people who want both sea and peace during their holidays. The coast is mostly rocky with crystal-clear waters and, at the end of it, there is such a beautiful sandy beach. There is a restaurant that serves their customers good meals with ocean views, but if you look for some other restaurants, bars, other facilities or even other beaches, then you just need to drive within minutes to Can Picafort or to Puerto de Alcúdia, places that are much more bustling.
