Description
This luxury villa offers peace and tranquillity. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite) and 1 outside shower for the overflow pool. All bedrooms have fans and air conditioning. The main bedroom, 2 bathrooms , kitchen and sitting room are located on the upper floor and cooled by a gentle breeze in the summer months. There are balconies with views of the sea and the mountains and a view of an ancient monastery. The sitting room has an open fireplace for the winter months, fans for the summer months, and satelite TV and Hi-Fi systems. The ground floor bedrooms have access to the same views and a covered patio. There is central heating for the winter months. The villa is within easy reach of good restaurants and local shops, within 10 minutes drive of the nearest supermarket and 20 minutes drive from Kyrenia, its harbour and shops.
The coast road, giving access to many beaches, hotels and sporting facilities, is less than 2 km from the villa. There are wonderful walks in the mountains behind.

The overflow swimming pool (4.5m x 8.5m) enjoys beautiful views of the garden, the mountains and the sea.
There is garden and underwater pool lighting for the evening ambiance.
The property is enclosed by a stone perimeter wall.

“Stunning”
A stunning villa with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. The villa was home from home, with everything you need and much more . I would highly recommend .

“Beautiful, well equipped villa in stunning location”
We have had the pleasure of staying seven times during the past ten years, for extended periods, at Villa Miranda. It is beautifully set in a peaceful location yet within the unspoilt village of Lapta. Villa Miranda is very well designed and equipped, with extensive terracing, mature gardens, fabulous sea and mountain views, and everything one could wish for internally. For our Winter visits there is a cosy log fire, central heating, and lots of secluded space where one can enjoy the warm winter sunshine. It is a unique family home, suitable for the discerning traveller, and we very much hope to stay again in the future.

“Wonderful, idydillic place to stay”
A lovely spacious, airy villa with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. The pool is very private and not overlooked. It is wonderfully relaxing swimming surrounded by flowers with the mountains as a backdrop. The beaches are only a short drive away and there is a good road to the main town of Kyrenia. The villa is very well equipped and is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places you could wish to stay.

“Marvellous!”
Villa Miranda is the most beautiful place to spend a holiday. The house is very welcoming, spacious and well-appointed. It is in a private and tranquil setting and has fantastic views of the mountains and the sea. There is a peaceful atmosphere, you can relax on the balconies, swim in the pool and admire the bougainvillea and surrounding gardens. In the village, there are several local shops and a post office. I loved my time there and would go back again!
