UPDATE:
The villa has undergone a major refurbishment over the winter of 2020. The house has been extended, bathrooms refitted, new kitchen, extended patios around the pool and the pool re-tiled with tri colour mosaics. It is stunning!
'Tranquillity', furnished to the highest standard, is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking farmlands and the Babadag mountain range.
The fully air conditioned villa comprises of a large open plan ground floor incorporating a spacious well equipped kitchen leading to the dining area which seats six. The living area is tastefully decorated with Turkish tapestries and prints and has a large settee, two chairs and coffee tables. There is also a satellite television and DVD player. Three sets of sliding doors lead you out to a patio with table and seating for 6, and then step down on to a large sun terrace and your own private pool (70m2) which is not overlooked. The three spacious bedrooms are all en-suite and each have balconies with views of the mountains.
Enhancing the property is a stunning, stone built Kosk with a cedar roof and furnished with cushions and lighting in the traditional Turkish style.
There is a stone BBQ to the side of the villa.
Wi-Fi is available at a small extra charge upon request.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only a 5 minutes walk to local bars and restaurants or 10 minutes to the town of Hisaronu, 'Tranquillity' is perfectly located with plenty to do and see in the surrounding area.

Club Orka Hotel, who built and maintains our villa, is a five minute walk away. You are welcome to use all the facilities in this 4 star Hotel as if you were guests staying there. Their facilities include 3 large pools, one with water slide, pool side bars and restaurants, a Turkish Bath, gymnasium, pool table and table tennis, a Children's club and various themed entertainments.
'Tranquillity' villa rental price includes maid service 2-3 times a week, bed linen, bath and hand towels.

The villa provides home from home comfort throughout and with plenty of storage space to hide away those suitcases! The kitchen has granite work tops and is finished to a high standard with stainless steel appliances. We have provided instructions in English to help with operating the various gadgets and to make life easier. A 19L water cooler dispenser sits in the kitchen for those essential cold drinks on hot days. At approximately £1.50 a bottle it is very economical and can be delivered to your door! Under the stairs you will find a washing machine, iron, ironing board, whilst outside there is a washing line.
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a large interconnecting balcony overlooking the pool. Furnished with a coffee table and chairs, you can relax with a glass of wine, perfect for watching the sun setting behind the mountains.

The attractive outdoor area is a perfect place for relaxation and fun. The patio is beautifully furnished for eating alfresco whilst the large sun terrace gives you plenty of space and is equipped with sun beds with mattresses, outside tables and parasols.
The inviting 70m2 pool has two large arched steps down to the shallow end which is less than a metre deep, perfect for cooling off with good book. The pool then slopes off to 1.5metres in the deeper end for the more adventurous.
Wrought iron gates provide secure off-road parking.

“Amazing!”
We have had a fantastic time at this gorgeous villa. It is an outstanding property with everything you could possibly need or want. The villa itself is bright & modern, the pool is large and the location is great! You can choose to relax around the wonderful pool area with its scenic view or stroll into the resort centre with it’s abundance of shops, bars and restaurants . Thank you so much to Chris & Viv, who have shared their piece of paradise with us. From our initial inquiry through to the end of our stay, they have been so kind & helpful. We really did not want to leave - but all good things come to an end! We would definitely like to return in the future.

“Tranquility Villa ( The Real Deal)”
Just back from a 9 night stay at Tranquility Villa . We were 3 couples in need of R and R ! We had the most amazing time . The villa is superb a real home from home with everything needed to ensure you have a great Villa experience. None of us could fault it . Good WI-FI . Bedrooms all en suite , clean and tidy , serviced by The Orka Hotel . Decent sized pool . Great location , easy walk into Ovacik or Hisaronu . I would definitely recommend.

“Fantastic”
Thanks Chris and Viv for letting us stay in your fantastic villa. We have had many villa holidays over the years but this has to have been the best. A very comfortable villa with everything you require for a relaxing holiday. With 3 children and 2 adults all looking to be in the pool at the same time the large swimming pool gives everyone enough room, then when you want out of the afternoon sun for an hour you can escape into the kosk to chill out, read, have a drink or even an afternoon nap. The villa location is also excellent as it's only a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Ovacik but if after a hard day in the sun you aren't up for the walk then there is the taxi button just outside the villa (brilliant idea). If you like things a bit more lively then Hisaronu and Oludeniz are a 5 minute taxi ride (very cheap) or Fethiye is just over 10 minutes away. Many of the restaurants will pick you up and drop you off if you ask. There is lots to do and see for all ages if that's your thing, we liked being around the pool mostly but did venture out a few times and the highlight was a private boat trip with Zora boats in Fethiye. Captain Mehmet will entertain you all day and does a wonderful lunch. I could go on and on about how good this holiday was but think it's better to say, "it's a must try". Chris and Viv were great from start to finish, arranging transfers, answering our questions etc etc Hope to return in the future. Chris, Hayley and Family
