Description
Royal Seacrest is a relatively new development proving very popular with all clients. Located in the famous Tomb of the Kings district it is the perfect base for exploring Cyprus and also enjoying the year round sunshine amidst the many bars and restaurants which are close by.
The gated complex has parking spaces, a beautiful lagoon shaped pool, safe childrens' play area and attractive gardens.
Our apartment has a large living area with fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, double bedroom with en suite, and second bedroom with twin beds. There is satellite television, and wifi .
There is also a roof terrace with barbecue and loungers, though our balcony receives the sun throughout the whole day.
There is a regular bus service to the harbour / Coral Bay.
We can arrange collection at the airport, car hire, welcome pack, any baby requirements etc.

Response from the owner Thank you Jay, I do plan to travel in the winter time, when it will be convenient and not booked up, in order to oversee painting of all rooms and a general freshen up, including furniture , appliances etc. I will be delighted if you choose to return to Paphos and use the apartment again sometime in the near future. “Excellent chilled stay!”
Arrived mid evening to a great apartment with balcony facing the pool. We loved this as could see the sun going down and beautiful sky. Got the sun in the morning and enjoyed getting up in the morning chilling with my coffee on the balcony. Had everything we needed and nice comfy beds too. Stay at the Royal Seacrest all the time. We love how clean and friendly it is here. So close to Tomb of the Kings road with many restaurants and pubs, Our favourite Harleys for cocktails and Alfie,Ts for a wee singsong. We have ate in most places close by too and all been very good. The apartment was perfect for our stay and would recommend. Had everything to make us have an amazing holiday. Thank you :)

“Amazing!”
Just back from an amazing stay in Paphos. Robert,s apartment was fantastic with all we needed. Imaculate, so comfy and no quiet and what a great view Jo from the balcony when the sun was setting. We have visited the Royal Seacrest for 3 years now and this is the first time in this apartment. It was first class and will definatly be back to stay our next visit. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the main King of the Tombs road with many restraunts and bars . Our Favorite Alfie T,s! Ten min walk over to the beach. Also love walking down to the Harbour which is lined with restraunts. Many place ro enjoy sitting chilling and watching amazing views. Bus service is cheap and also if satying a week or more they do a weekly pass which is great! Large supermarket with loads of fresh food is just of the harbour but there is also a Lidl just along from the apartment as well. Bonus for us was having the loungers on the balcony to just relax there in the afternoon in the sun. All amenieties within the apartment were excellent and thank you for a briliant stay in your home in Paphos.

“Excellent holiday apartment”
Just returned from holiday in Chris's apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed for a very comfortable 17 day stay. The complex and pool area are spotless clean, all areas well maintained. The apartment is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool and plenty of space in all living areas. Plenty of room in the two bedrooms. There is air-con, satellite tv, washing machine, hair dryer, books, dvds and safe. Liza organised a welcome pack which was appreciated as we arrived after midnight. The apartment is near Tomb of Kings road with bars and restaurant and bus stop is not far, there is parking available in the complex if you want to hire a car. Chris was in touch with us before we travel with the all information that we needed before our trip. All in all a great place to stay and we will definitely book this apartment again.
