Description
The bed and breakfast La Fontana is located in the Centre of the village of Intermesoli, a small mountain village in the municipality of Pietracamela in province of Teramo, the northernmost d'Abruzzo. The locality is situated on the eastern slopes of the Gran Sasso and surrounded by green woods. Ours is a small family-run property, located in a restored house with the use of environmentally friendly materials.
The House is made of stone, terracotta floors, wooden window frames with double glazing and refined rooms decorated with wooden furniture, which give guests the pleasant feeling of a warm and comfortable environment. In the Tavern has a wood-fired oven and in the living room there is a fireplace in winter, heat is the source of heating and hot water for the entire House. Hydraulic systems, electrical and thermal are all in compliance with the law.
The structure consists of a small kitchenette, a living room and a tavern on the ground floor, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms on the first floor and an attic on the second floor. Is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery, towels and room. There is also a garage for parking.
The environment, peace and nature, that predominates here regulate the lives of the men and create the ideal atmosphere for a return to a dimension of serene simplicity and less frantic rhythms of life. In winter, the snowfall and the fireplace lit become elements that give harmony and balance to the heart and mind of those who sit around the fireplace crackling; in summer, walks and picnics in the Woods allow a renewed contact with nature for an unforgettable holiday.
