DAVID HOMES - 230 sq feet clean and spacious room with all privacy. We provide you a living space within the proximity of less than 200 m to Fort kochi beach and to all cultural iconic centers of historical Dutch, Portugal, Chinese, Anglican and Jewish foot-marks hereby, positioning you at the center.

We makes the difference by providing the entire floor space that includes the drawing room and Dinning hall attached to the bed space exclusively with full privacy without sharing.

“A nice affordable stay.”

We were here for 2 1/2 months. Sam and Julie were wonderful friendly hosts. Within walking distance of necessary amenities in a picturesque location. I would return.

“lovely stay in the heart of fort kochi”

It was an absolute pleasure to stay with Sam and his family. Sam is a lovely and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our chats over breakfast which were homemade each day and always different, a true insight into Keralan Breakfasts. They were always delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam. The room was nice and cool, spacious and comfortable. Wifi was fast and reliable. We would definitely love to stay with Sam again. The location was great, just a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Thanks for everything, Sam! :]
