Response from the owner tout le monde ne pense pas comme vous l'appartement était conforme à la description et aux photos de l'annonce je vous ai donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour la location personne ne s'est plaint durant la saison de nuisance dans l'immeuble Good accomodation and convenient access to Arc 2000 and the rest of Les Arcs Écrit le Feb 20, 2018 pour un séjour en Feb 2018 The Bel Aval residence is 5 minutes walk away from the central Arc 2000 ski area. The access stairs are near to the patinoire/ice rink shopping area and are slightly tiring after a long ski. This apartment has a storage area for skis and boots. There are full kitchen facilities, a futon in the lounge area and a sleeping area near to the entrance. Bathroom facilities and hot water are very good. Heaters are provided which help with drying of clothing etc. This is a well maintained and comfortable apartment. I have booked this apartment twice and both times have found it to be quiet with no problems from other residents. There are signs of rough treatment around the communal areas and the apartment's lift. However the same could be said for other parts of Arc 2000 such as the larger Résidence Aiguille Rouge. This apartment is recommended for a good value stay.

“Great value and convenient to ski from Arc 2000”
The Bel Aval apartments are within easy reach of the main Arc 2000 ski area, a short walk from the central Agile Rouge apartment area / shops / ice rink. The communal areas are in reasonable condition and the apartment itself is well maintained and well appointed with dishwasher etc and some new furniture. The owner communicated very effectively after the booking was made and sent the key through the post and other instructions via email in good time before the visit. Arc 2000 itself is a perfect location to access the Paradiski slopes. Recommended.

“Excellent budget apartment / studio”
For the money you pay you can't go wrong. Just a lift away from 2000 shops / restaurants. We had 4 people stay here which made for a very cheap, cosey yet comfortable stay.

“Comfortable and value for money”
Myself, my spouse and our two adult children stayed in this apartment for a week in December 2014/January 2015. The contact withe the host was easy and problem free, Jean Michel is very helpful. The check in and out was great. The apartment is well situated to the slopes and is clean and well equiped. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and I will definitely stay here again, should we return to Arc 2000. I highly recommend this apartment.
