Découvrez notre studio F2 adapté pour un couple avec 1 jeune enfants : chambre double, salle de douche / vasque, wc séparé, séjour avec canapé lit double (sommier latte avec matelas 3cm) et coin repas / cuisine équipée, logement de plain pied sur jardin, table de jardin, voile d'ombrage, transat.
Compte tenu de la structure du couchage et de la taille des WC nous recommandons cette location pour des personnes de moins de 1.85 mètre.
Equipement : lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, table induction, réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine à café. Accès à un lave-linge / sèche-linge.
Egalement disponible sur le même jardin : 2 Chambres meublées, idéal pour un séjour à 2 ou 3 couples.

Response from the owner Madame, Monsieur, Nous vous remercions pour votre retour d'expérience. Compte tenu de vos détails, je vais faire un retour point par point pour nos lecteurs. La chambre fait 14M2, de manière générale nous n'avons pas connaissance de problème d'aération, il y a une fenêtre et une porte donnant sur la cour / jardin et une ventilation dans la douche. Etant en hiver, la chambre n'avait peut-être pas été suffisamment chauffé avant votre arrivée. Les chambres sont nettoyées par nos services après chaque locataire. Conformément à notre descriptif la salle à manger / cuisine est partagée avec la chambre voisine. Nous sommes au coeur de Ars, les bâtis sont des petrits bâtiments d'époque dans le style du village autour d'une cour/jardin. En effet, la cuisine / salle à manger est à partager une chambre après l'autre ; en été cela est plus agréable car les locataires prennent leurs repas sur la table devant leur location. En hiver, vous êtes souvent seul à partager la cuisine ... La cuisine / salle à manger à un chauffage qu'il faut laisser allumer en permanence lorsque vous êtes là en hiver.
