Appartement de standing (4 étoiles nouvelles normes) situé au centre de Morzine à proximité des pistes et des remontées mécaniques, orientation plein sud, avec un garage privé pour 3 véhicules. La capacité de celui-ci est de 14 personnes. La surface de celui-ci est de 135m2. Il se compose de 6 chambres, trois salles de bains, WC, une grande salle de séjour avec coin cheminée, télévision satellite,
connexion internet WIFI en libre accès. Il se réparti sur deux niveaux avec un balcon terrasse qui entoure l'appartement.
Un nettoyeur haute pression est a disposition pour les mountain bikes.
