This Spacious 4 bed apartment is very special with its perfect location in the Las Violetas only a 3 minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza home to over 40 bars and restaurants and all amenities. Our apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping 8 easily you can enjoy a fantastic day around our private pool or even the community pool. On entering the property there is a large living room/dining area with a full UK TV package and FREE WIFI as well air-con. There is a fully fitted kitchen to cater for large parties. You then enter the large King Size master bedroom with an ensuite full shower room. In the hall is the full family bathroom. The next room is a single bed with the spiral staircase leading to the lower floor and 2 huge bedrooms, one with 2 singles and the other with 3 singles and both full air-con. The terrace is perfect for evening BBQs and plenty of space by the pool in the covered lounging area to relax on the sofas and kick back with a drink to enjoy a warm Spanish evening. With location, size, and our private pool you could not ask for a better holiday in the Villamartin area.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band, and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water, and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 100 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

Getting around

There is a local bus service which will take you to the shopping mall and close to the beach, walking the rest. There are also taxi ranks as well. The best way around, should you want to venture out is a hire car with many places locally you can hire one for days or the entire holiday.

Interaction with guest

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

“Needs updating”

Stayed in this apartment which is ideally located Lovely pool and terrace area but the furnishings internally are in dire need of updating, not very comfortable at all. Beware of the spiral staircase which could be a bit worrying with young children. A lot of the bedding has mould spots on it which should really be sorted out and the apartment really does need a good clean A major dose of TLC and this apartment would be up with the best in the area

Response from the manager I am sorry you feel the apartment needs updating as we have constant returning guest for this property. As for mould on sheets, this is totally incorrect as the beds were made on the day of your arrival from laundered linens. You were told on arrival that any problems no matter to contact us and would be sorted immediately, you never did and I would have considered this important. As well the house was left is a dire mess taking twice as long to clean and the large amount of clothes left! I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay and wish you well in the future.

Most important on arrival you were told bluntly that any problems to telephone immediately and they would be dealt with immediately. we never heard from you. Obvoiously these comments did not mean enough at the time. 80 Euros is standard for a 4 bed with pool for cleaning. As well it states this in the advert 3 times so perhaps learn to read! Sorry but again, all it took was a phone call to rectify any issue as with all of our properties.

I stayed at this property with friends and family as my mum lives nearby and we needed good quality extra accommodation. We were not disappointed. The location of the property is within walking distance of the main plaza with lots of bars and restaurants with a supermarket nearly. It was exactly what we wanted and could not have picked a better property to stay in. Excellent accommodation, very comfy main double bed with two further bedrooms downstairs. Only negative is that there a spiral staircase down to the two lower room which could be difficult for young children or elderly. I would stay here again without question and would happily recommend. I know this area very, very well and this property is one of the best in terms of layout and standard in my opinion.
