Description

This is a fantastically decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment overlooking the communal pool for the Villamartin Plaza. Simply could not be a better location!!! The apartment is decorated to high standard for total comfort to enjoy your holiday in Spain. When entering the afternoon sun is always on the balcony giving natural light to the apartment. There is a large living room with ample seating for 5, a full UK TV package on the flat screen television and free WIFI for guest to use. From the living room you can step onto the large balcony great for relaxing, sunbathing or dining either for breakfast or your evening meal, perfect for a little romance. There is a nice size dining area inside next to the very large fully fitted kitchen with all mod con's to cater for any family. There is a double bedroom with a large en suite shower. The twin bedroom is large and both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a large full bathroom next to the twin bathroom. Above is a communal solarium for sunbathing should you wish or take a plunge in the communal pool below with large grounds to relax and let the world go by. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a lift available.

Just a minute walk away is the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover.

Getting around

There is a local bus service which will take you to the shopping mall and close to the beach, walking the rest. There are also taxi ranks as well. The best way around, should you want to venture out is a hire car with many places locally you can hire one for days or the entire holiday.

Interaction with guest

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

“Great Location”

Stayed in this apartment for a week in May. Typical Spanish apartment with everything you need. Casey and her team were very helpful. We did have a slight problem with the shower but with a quick call to Casey it was sorted out. The plaza is lovely and is just a minutes walk from the apartment and you are in the centre of if with a great selection of bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket there that stocks all the essentials. La Zenia boulevard is only a 10 minute drive away where there are many shops including a massive supermarket. Overall we were very pleased with the apartment and the area. The only thing that could have made it better was that we found the bed to be uncomfortable but maybe that is down to individual taste. We were also able to stay in the apartment until we were ready to go to the airport on the last day which was very helpful.We hope to be returning again in the near future.

Response from the manager Dear Kim, Apart from being shocked at your disgusting review, I fine this hard to believe when all other reviews are glowing, perhaps the Ritz is your normal stop! As well the end of stay cleaning was not 70 euros so another fact incorrect! Most importantly you were told on arrival as all guest are, "ANY PROBLEMS CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY" All you asked for was an extra set of keys, never a complaint during your stay which makes me wonder the validity! I am sorry but all of our guest have been more than happy and any problem sorted immediately. Not telling people during the situation does not allow for anything to be rectified. I hope in future you allow anyone to correct any problem before you go giving bad reviews! Quite frankly not exactly a fair process. I wish you luck with accommodation in the future and please do not use us. Best to a good New Year.
