Private Lodging like an apartment designed by architects, in a brand new building, located in the heart of the Born quarter of Barcelona, beside the port. Perfect for traveling with your partner or family. Fully equipped lodging: 1 bedroom with double bed150x200cm, sofa bed in the living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom, washing and dryer machine.
It has many amenities: elevator, high-standing equipment, home automation (optional). Service vigilant 24 hours (included). Supermarket in the same building. Wi-fi FREE CHARGES
If you travel with more people…we have available too other private lodging listing 460003. you can look there some pictures there. Same location, it´s very small and cozy suite-studio for 2 people. These suite-studio is just next to the other one and can be joined in a bigger apartment.
The environment: Placed next to Barcelona port, beside Santa María del Mar church in the Born quarter. Between the sea and the old city.
Activities and attractions: You could admire bulidings such as Palau de la Música, Santa María del Mar church in the Born quarter or visit the Picasso's museum at 5 minutes on foot. Walk and "get lost" by the narrow and antique streets and discover marvellous places of this city and get to Las Ramblas or Barcelona beaches, 10 minutes on foot. We suggest to those traveling with children to visit Ciutadella's park, the Zoo and the Aquarium. You can arrive there walking by pedestrian streets.

Response from the owner The apartment is fully equipped and we provide bed linen and towels. Also we provide hand soap and toilet paper for the first days. The other consumable stuff are not always provided and can sometimes run out. There are 2 supermarkets 25 meters downstairs ( opened 7 days almost 24 hours) to get any other product you need. We received 2 complaints about the air-conditioning not working well (both at about 22:00) and both were solved by the technicians at 8:00 next morning after resetting the whole system. The air conditioning system is a global supply for the whole building, and there's a 24 hours repairing service. The tecnicians report that there was a global problem for excessive electricity tension. Sorry for all the inconveniences caused.
