Description
5* Luxurious unique air conditioned detached corner villa on the biggest plot on the complex. This villa has open plan living room having been designed with patio doors opening on all sides, with large private swimming pool 8x4 meters (unheated) , outside shower, barbeque and a verandah in the pretty resort of Pernera, Protaras. The villa has three bedrooms with built in wardrobes, and is furnished and equipped with air condition, large LCD tv with Satellite tv and DVD player.
Outside there is comfortable garden furniture and luxurious surroundings in which to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday.
Items regularly updated so may differ from actual photos.
This villa is within a walking distance to the beach, tavernas, bars, restaurants and local supermarkets.
The new sea front Pernera-Protaras walkway is within walking distance for your evening strolls.
The resort of Ayia Napa is within 10 min drive with more restaurants, pubs, tavernas, karaoke bars.
forgetting the Ayia Napa water park and funfair for all the family to enjoy.

A 25% deposit of the grand total (incl. refundable £250.00 security/damages) is required to secure the booking. The balance is required six weeks before arrival. Full payment and security/ damages deposit is required at the time of booking if the arrival is within six weeks of the booking. The security/ damages deposit will be refunded within two weeks upon satisfactory inspection and safe return of key.
This villa is suitable for couples and families including children but please note we do not accept bookings for any other group under the age of 30 or all male or all female parties.
Only the guests detailed on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa during your holiday. Any changes must be notified to us before the start of the holiday.

Downstairs there is extra wc with basin plus there is also an outside shower.

“Amazing!”
From the moment I booked Villa Isabelle, the owner could not have been more helpful, even calling me to discuss my queries giving a real personal touch. The owners management team arranged our transfers from the airport and our transport was waiting ready to assist us with our baggage as soon as we landed. Upon arriving at villa Isabelle after a long journey we were welcomed with a well needed welcome pack which also catered for my 8 year old son. The villa was stunning and well equipped with everything you need. The following day after our arrival a representative from the owners management team arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. It was very reassuring knowing that help was at hand if we needed it. The villa is well situated, very quiet with the largest pool (my son was in the pool all the time even after a day the water park) Restaurants, bars and beaches are a 5 minutes walk. Fig leaf bay/Protaras central is 5 minutes in a taxi and the water park in Aiya Napa is only 10 minutes in a taxi. We had the best holiday and was well looked after, I would highly recommend and will definitely be back next year. Thank you Kishor.

“Perfect choice”
We had a great stay @ ISABELLE villa As it is our first visit to protaras Our choice was almost perfect. First Of all we had a great welcoming. Also The House was very clean and comfortable with extra bed sets and towels. The pool is big enough to swim and play Especially for kids. The location is good But the only inconvenient is that you need A car if you have kids or if you don't like To walk. We had twice a barbecue lunch and it was really Delicious. Honestly saying I will choose the same villa for My next stay in Cyprus Special thanks to the owner & to holiday lettings team as well Tony Fenianos & family
