Very Quiet, minutes from the Hilltop Village of Callas

Sleeping 10 people, the Villa has 3 bedrooms in one wing, 2 bedrooms in the other wing and the living area in the middle allowing privacy for 2 families. 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

Large private heated pool (heated 14mx6m) with a 6m² submerged tanning area and immersion detector.

Set in typical 7000m² setting of olive trees, minutes walk from the centre of Callas, stunning views of the Esterel mountains.

Children welcome: cot, highchair and swing available.

High standard modern furniture, home cinema, WiFi Internet.

A special place to relax and explore!

Inside is light colours and nice volumes, 5m high ceiling in living room. Pictures show the spirit of the villa all organized towards the south view on the Esterel mountains. The villa is very quiet though only 1km away from the centre of the village, no other house is hiding the view: a great place to rest and enjoy the sun at the pool !

Fully equipped kitchen with island and view, white-enamelled kitchen cabinets. Large and luminous 60m² (45+15 higher) living room with large 4m window, dining table and chairs, sofas in the higher part.

Light colour terracotta floors and parquet floor in the bedrooms.

Large 30m² covered terrace with teak furniture and BBQ.
