Description
Nice, private property situated in the popular town of Sant Vicenç de Montalt, close to Barcelona. Ideal place for those people seeking relax and quiet. Really peaceful setting, surrounded by lushful gardens and with views to the gardens and mountains. The villa has an 800 m2 garden with fruit trees and a 8 by 4 private swimming pool There also is a big barbeque. It is of recent construction and it has got nice views to town and to the sea.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and has got 6 rooms in all and three bathrooms and a loo. There is a nice porch with an Ibiza-style seating set. The villa has got balconies and terraces. All the rooms open out to the balconies.
The property is equipped with WIFI, heating, remote-operated awnings and there even is a room with some gym machines.
This property is about 300 meters away from all main services: bars, shops and restaurants are round the corner. There is a bus, running every 30 minutes that connects the area with the beach and the railway station.
The popular Supermaresme golf club is about 3 kms up the road and the Llavaneres Marina harbour is only 4 kms away.

“Great villa”
I visited this villa with 11 friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The villa comes with everything you need, including towels and some toiletries. Imma was absolutely fantastic at arranging things that we needed. Imma even went out of her way to collect one of my friends who arrived a little earlier than the rest of the party. Imma was always on hand if we needed help to book taxis or if we needed any information. Overall the villa was lovely and clean and we all had a lovely relaxing break. The only thing I would recommend would be to hire a car to get around. A massive thank you to Imma who remained in constant contact with me. Imma even arranged a mini bus to take us to and from the airports. Would recommend this villa.

“Outstanding house to stay in”
Outstanding house, great location, superb facilities. Imma supplied excellent communication before and during the stay. We were a travelling party of 10, but the house would take at least 12. Pool was great, rooms were great, outside space was great, off street secure parking great. Cleanliness was outstanding, loads of pool tools were supplied. Having a few bikes to use was very handy! 10/10

“Family holiday in lovely villa”
We stayed in this Villa which is in a quiet area 30miles north of Barcelona City centre not far from the coast for 1 week in May/June. As we were 13 people we needed a fairly large Villa and this was perfect for us. It has 3 floors. The basement area is a large open plan bedroom with shower/bathroom. This leads to the outdoor swimming pool. The kids particularly loved playing in the pool and we spent a lot time here even though the water was cold ( didn't matter since we had lovely weather ). There is a also a brick bbq which we used twice cooking some wonderful local meat. The middle floor has the kitchen, living/dining area and leads to the balcony where there is also another dining table to eat outside. There is also 4 bedrooms and bathroom/shower on this floor. The top floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, there is also some gym equipment there if you fancy having a workout. If you want to go to the beach, it would be a long walk. We had hire cars from the airport, so really if you want to explore the area and as we had young children with us it is worth having a car. We tried several beaches in Arenys De Mar and further north towards Costa Brava. We found a lovely quiet beach area with sun loungers and a restaurant/bar. This was about a 15 minute drive from the villa and just north of Areyns De Mar which is the nearest town area with the supermarkets. There is a supermarket that is just a 5 minute walk near the Villa and we used this to top up our supplies. We did travel to a Castle called Castell de Santa Florentina which was about a 20 minute drive away. It only opens on Saturday to the public and its claim to fame is that some scenes of Game of Thrones are filmed there. Unfortunately, they were filming when we visited so unable to enter the castle. Worth calling up in advance! There is a waterpark close by which we were intending to go, but in the end we decided to be spend another day on the beach. We spent one day in Barcelona city centre for which we drove there. However, catching a train wouldn't have been a problem. Overall, the villa was exactly what we were looking for. It is in a very quiet area( apart from the odd dog barking ). If you like walking, there are places locally but it is quite steep in some parts. I would recommend a car so you are able to venture further out where there are more activities. The villa is well stocked with what you need in terms of kitchen utensils and there was even a few treats in the fridge for us when we arrived. The Wifi is very good too considering we had lots of gadgets connected to it. Our contact at the villa, Imma was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was present when we arrived late on Monday night and gave some recommendations of the local area. Furthermore we were able to keep in contact if we needed anything during our stay. She was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and even managed to send an item back to us in the UK which we had left behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and our stay in the Villa.
