Located within walking distance to Nissi Beach with its crystal clear waters and the white sand this apartment in definitely the ideal rental property for a holiday on this sun basked island.

A well and tastefully furnished property offering sheer luxury and comfort in what we describe as the "sunny lands". The apartment is a well designed and spacious apartment situated in a well maintained development with an impressive communal pool being the focal point. Nicely landscaped gardens will provide ample space for relaxation while soaking up the sun and the when the sun goes down, head for that impressive balcony on offer where you can just chill and enjoy the panoramic views of the Med. Large open plan kitchen and dining areas, expansive living rooms with large patio doors leading on to the impressive balconies perfect for those hot summer nights. Tastefully furnished and air-conditioned throughout, this property is one of our favourites and it does not come as a surprise that it attracts a lot of interest.

The apartment has been tastefully furnished and is air-conditioned throughout aiming at providing the utmost in luxury and comfort at an affordable price . Double-glazed throughout with patio doors leading onto an expansive south facing balcony , it also boasts a large living room with Satellite TV and DVD, a roomy open-plan fully-fitted kitchen with real granite work tops and two good-sized double bedrooms with enormous built-in wardrobes. The fully tiled high-spec. bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Solar panels provide endless hot water ( not that you will need it in the summer ) and there is an immersion heater if needed.

The expansive balcony is south facing and benefits from the sun all day and is comes complete with sun lounges and a patio set ideal for chilling our after a hard day in the sun.

A comprehensive 'Guest Information Book' within the apartment is available aiming at helping you to get your bearings much more quickly so that you can start enjoying your holiday immediately you arrive. We encourage guests to add their own suggestions - from most-enjoyed restaurants to what's not to be missed. You'll also find a Cyprus Travel Guide to provide even more information.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has an expansive south facing balcony stretching the full width of the property and enjoys daytime and evening sun - ideal for those hot Cypriot afternoons and those lazy chilled-out evenings. A comfortable wicker patio set is available aiming at providing the perfect chill out spot , once the hard days work in the sun is over

Pool facing and with sea views this apartment is one of the most privileged properties on the development and it does not come as a surprised that is one of the most popular rental properties. A large communal and kiddies pool set amongst landscaped gardens is the focal point and it provided ample space for every sun seeker. There is lift access as well as stairs to the property and a dedicated parking space beneath the apartment on the ground floor. There are WC & shower facilities adjacent to the pool as well as a shared WC on the ground floor of each block.

“Do not book this apartment”

Do not book with this company they are completely dishonest. I paid £860 for 10 day stay from 20th to 30th August 2017 10 months in advance. On arrival someone else had been given our apartment we were put in an apartment with a small balcony broken TV leaking Fridge Freezer. Manager promised to return in the morning with second set of keys and 100euros in cash I was completely unhappy and did not want to stay in this apartment but we had no where to go he said he would try and move us on the Wednesday but he did not turn up gave us mobile number out of service and ignored all my emails. I complained to holiday lettings and they said he would contact me he did not email me for 5 days saying we could move in to our apartment on the Thursday morning. The pictures of the balcony are false there are no padded sun loungers and the table and chairs on the patio are not the ones in the picture and they are old and shabby. Our family holiday which we saved for for 2 years was completely ruined and we did not get any apology I feel we should have had the full money refunded. I do not want anyone else to be treated the way we were by this company and have their holiday ruined.

Response from the manager Hi Firstly let me thank you for the review, It was unfortunate that due an error the apartment was not available on the 20th as per booking, we did inform the clients on arrival and explained the situation and we did everything we could do to move them as quickly as possible . Since their departure there has been 2 more bookings in the apartment first offered and clients had no problem at all with tv or fridge etc , all is fine .... With regards to not replying this was due to a family issue [ unfortunate one ) and this again was explailned to the clients and to HolidayLettings, our phone is on 24/7 and we always try and respond to clients at the earliest convenience unless is for reasons beyond our control ......We did refund the clients 100.00 as promised on arrival .....Over the number of years we have been letting the property out we did not have a double booking and as mentioned above it was unfortunate that it did happen ,it was not done intentionally and we are sorry it did happen...

“Fantastic Area, wonderful Apartment”

Simply perfect! The Apartment is located very close to nissy beach and absolutely full of fornitures and facilities. Swimming pool is very nice and all the building in perfect conditions. 3 km from the main square of Ayia Napa: enough to sleep well... Absolutely reccomended!
