The panoramic views of the Port of Soller from front and uninterrupted views of Mediterranean from bedroom make this well appointed fully equipped luxury twin bed apartment with living room sofa bed suitable to sleep three people the nearest thing to living on a boat on land.

The nearest thing to a five star hotel in an apartment with central heating, air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player Wi-Fi and a fully fitted open plan kitchen, beautifully appointed tiled and marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and washing machine. Easy access to shops and restaurants makes for total relaxation and comfort.

This apartment is an absolute winter sun trap.

Living room and kitchen open on to private sunny balcony. The bedroom is equipped with fitted wardrobes.

The apartment is romantically lit. The mountains in the distance change colour with the sunset which can be seen from the bedroom window over the Mediterranean. It is absolutely lovely to watch the changing faces of the sea as the lights from the many restaurants that front the full length of the bay and offer holiday makers a variety of delicious dishes.become reflected in the water.

The apartment is a five minute walk to a full range of shops,restaurants, supermarket, home made take away food and a safe, sandy beach. Another beach is a short ram ride away. There is a sailing school for the children, paddle boats and an underwater diving school.

In Spring and Autumn, the lovely surrounding mountains range offer a marvellous variety of marked walks. There are boats in the Port that take passengers along the rocky coastline to Sa Calobra,Deia and the Foradada.

The town of Soller with it's beautiful stone houses and lovely patios is a five minute car ride or tram ride. You can buy fish and prawns direct from the fishing boats that bring the catch into the Port around five.

“Peaceful retreat in itself and a great base for local exploration”

Great apartment, clean and well-equipped. View from balcony is stunning overlooking the marina. View from the bedroom out towards the sea and the sunset was idyllic. Puerto de Soller is a lovely venue for a relaxing holiday with the quaint tram to nearby Soller and old fashioned train into Palma . Like a trip back in time! The apartment is an elevated position on a quiet street, so it was uphill every night to get home - great to work all those tapas off! There were numerous flights of steps to get to the apartment which was on the top floor - bit of a trek with the suitcases. Not a problem for us, but I can see it would be for some. Loading and unloading can be carried out directly outside the apartment and then there is free parking at the marina just a couple of minutes away. Local transport is good although we did hire a car from the airport (only 30 mins away) and travelled to local towns and villages up in the mountains. Well worth the effort as the villages are very picturesque. Mallorca has a lot more to offer than most people realise! The island appears popular with groups of walkers and cyclists. We found the cyclists to be very courteous towards other road users so it wasn't a problem. As the island isn't that big, Puerto de Soller is a great place to use as a base and explore. All in all a great week in a great apartment. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Mallorca again, in particular to Puerto de Soller and this apartment! Ray + Sue St.Helens UK

“Great apartment in a great location”

I really loved my stay here. The apartment is clean, well equipped and completely met the expectations I had from looking at the website. Some things were even better than expected. The balcony for example is much more spacious than it looked on the pictures. The view over Port de Soller is superb. The location in particular is really excellent. You are right beside bars and restaurants on the sunny side (the side of the marina) of the bay, yet the street the apartment is on is really quiet and traffic free. You'll need to be aware it's a bit of an uphill walk and several flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but that was not a problem for me.
