2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach bungalow with patio overlooking Olympic size swimming pool. The bungalow has a fully fitted hardwood kitchen and bedrooms with triple door wardrobes for maximum storage.
The master bedroom is en suite with tiled wet-room and luxury fitments. A large patio outside accommodates cane loungers and a eating area with table and 4 chairs.
The bungalow stands in a small complex with a boundary wall and security gates, with direct access to 27 kilometres of white sandy beaches. Beach and restaurants in walking distance and taxis standing by to explore local surroundings. Watersports available on the Beach along with full aruvedic massage & alternative health & spa treatments.
Maid Service is included in the price listed.

“Nicely situated but need some maintenance”
The property is well situated at 500 m of Varca beach (nice beach), and had a good restauarant on the other site of the road. Archie was really welcoming, friendly and we had a easy checking. The bungalow itself is ok, evrything you need is there, ACs, bedsheet are clean, towels etc...smalls items in the fridge are available which can be very useful when you arrive late, (thanks). But frankly the overall property need maintenance, the garden is terrible, the pool (missing tiles...not tidy around), most of the houses around look dirty, there is a damp smell sometimes ...it is a pity,

“Comfortable stay in good, quiet location”
Anyone planning to visit Goa should bear in mind that although the location is one of the better off states in India the continent is still very much part of the developing world and unless you stay at one of the 5 star beach hotels (and pay the associated ultra-high prices) accommodation described as luxury may not compare with similarly described Western properties. We stayed in Tarika Villa B5 during our trip to Varca in February 2015 and although this was our first stay here we have previous experiences of Goa. This review is based on what we expected taking into account our previous knowledge of Goa. B5 is a two bedroom 2 shower room villa with lounge, kitchen and quiet patio area . It is not luxury in the true western world sense but it is a more than adequate, clean, property with plenty of modern conveniences such as large fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooking hob, water filter, air conditioning and fans, washing machine and satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost if booked in advance. It is situated in a complex of some 20-25 properties which surround a swimming pool and is safe and convenient.. The grounds are typical of what you would expect from a location which experiences daily temperatures in excess of 35 degrees every day although it is true that some gardening attention is required by the complex managers (out of the control of the villa owners, Archie & Jane). The complex is situated some 250-300 yards walk from Varca beach where there are a number of excellent beach shacks which somehow manage to produce top quality food with minimal facilities.. There is a really good small restaurant about 50 yards from the complex and a local convenience store an easy five minute stroll away. Archie and Jane, were always helpful and available by phone or e-mail at any time and resolved queries really quickly. Our housekeeper was also very efficient and friendly and we always felt welcomed throughout our stay. Goa is a ‘marmite’ holiday location in that you will either love it or hate it…………….we love it and found the villa to be absolutely fine for our needs……..and look forward to returning next year. If you accept Goa for what it is you will find the villa to be an ideal property in a great yet quiet location. However, if you are looking for western style four star accommodation this probably isn’t for you and the top end tourist hotels will meet your needs……………..at a price.

“Great location”
Stayed here with my husband and another couple. The bungalow was of a good standard and size and facilities were adequate for what we needed. Lovely to be able to come back and just chill ! The location was within walking distance to the most beautiful Varca beach. Beach shacks were very cheap to eat in and served the most wonderful fresh food, no one in our party ever suffered with Deli belly !!! Zumbria was our favourite ! Jane and Archie the owners of the bungalow were fantastic, it was like having your own personal holiday reps, they had a lot of local knowledge and helped us with suggestions for day trips..... Betty's boat trip excellent value £ 8.50 each for the whole day including food and tipple ! Would I stay here again ? You bet great holiday ....

“Ideal getaway”
We stayed here for 10 nights and had a very peaceful and relaxing break. It is a small complex just a short walk from the beach. A small shop is close by as well as a restaurant if you don't want to spend time cooking and the prices of the meals are embarrasingly cheap! The main village is a short taxi ride away where there is a larger shop with a greater variety of goods and taxis are readily available just outside the complex. Archie and Jane are very friendly and approachable and the internet was easily set up at a small extra cost which was well worth it. There were a few short power cuts and one longer power cut during the night but this all added to the sense of adventure! This is an ideal location for anyone wanting a quiet break with guaranteed sunshine but without the formalities of a pricey hotel.

“Quiet & relaxing complex”
We have rented here for three years & always enjoyed our stay. The complex is small, friendly & very close to a beautiful beach. There are restaurants nearby as well as some hotels and local shops. The main village is a short taxi ride away & these are readily available. Would definitely recommend
