AQA No3 is an excellent located, close to metro, lovely, very clean 1-bedroom apartment (50 square meters) on the elevated ground floor with all the facilities that you will need, nice balcony facing the inner garden to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or relax in the evening. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your lunch/dinner. Nice Living room to relax and enjoy a movie or a sport event. Clean nice bathroom. In case you are more than 2 people there is a sofa/bed in the living room.

“Fabulous Apartment”

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Having a telephone was very useful for business calls. A wonderful welcome from the landlord and his family, who were always available to help with anything.

“Perfect place to stay in Athens”

We stayed in the apartment twice on our way to and back from Peloponess. As previous reviewers, I would like to say that it is a very comfortable, well maintained place, spotlessly clean and quiet. It is pretty close to the grocery stores and transport stops. The owner, Mr. Anastasopoulos is a nice person to deal with, always ready to provide any help. Highly recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
