Description
This bungalow is located in a small agricultural village with grape vines and beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the sea . Great for walking, cycling and away from the tourist area, yet near enough for restaurants and shops. Quiet roads with very little traffic.
The bungalow has Wifi and an android TV box with plenty of channels in English . It is furnished with quality furniture and fittings, above average for a holiday home and is very comfortable both in summer and winter. There is a full kitchen with all utensils and crockery /cutlery , gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine . Air con and heating in all rooms. It is a beautiful rural location yet only 12 minutes drive to the beaches and restaurants. There is a garden with trees and a garden table and chairs. The road is a cul de sac and little traffic outside, Easy parking in enclosed car space or in street. Very safe and quiet area for children.. We use 2 other accommodation websites and have some private direct guests ,so we do not have many reviews on this website

It is comfortably furnished with everything needed for a holiday including towels,linen,crockery,cutlery ,glasses and pans, as well as cooler bags and ice blocks for a beach visit. The satellite television has 13 channels in English including BBC news, CNN and 4 movie channels It has good sized rooms with ample cupboard space. Unusual for small 2 bedroom bungalows,this property has 2 bathrooms each with bath,shower and toilet.

Relaxing and shady garden with lemon, plum and olive trees and garden furniture. The house is in a cul de sac , very little traffic in the area and is an excellent holiday home location for families with young children, retired couples and anyone wanting an off the beaten track location. Verandah faces the sea about 2klm across the valley, whilst the garden is sheltered by trees from the wind and sun. A BBQ is available on request and there is a tap and hosepipe in the garden for filling a childrens plastic pool , which are available at all the shops and supermarkets .

Please respect quality furnishings especially leather sofa and polished wooden tables, especially if children are guests.
Smoking allowed on verandah and in garden but not inside bungalow.
Switch off air conditioning when going out to reduce electricity costs.
Between April and November ,make sure the garden water sprinklers are working .
Ensure all windows and doors are locked when going out , to prevent burglaries .
