A 150 year old cottage within Conwy town walls situated opposite the Upper gate Unlike many of the holiday cottages in Conwy it is not situated in one of the dark dank side streets with a poor outlook & no views
The cottage provides an excellent stand of accommodation for up to five guests , there is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with patio set & BBQ ( no parasol) that looks down on to Conwy Castle which is flood lit at night
The accommodation provided is Lounge/ Dining room with two leather sofas (1 three seater 1 two seater ) dining table with 5 dining chairs wall mounted SmartTV two occasional tables with reading lamps SMOKE ALARM
Fully fited kitchen with four burner gas hob, electric oven & grill, dishwasher ,fridge / freezer, washer dryer .microwave ,electric kettle & toaster CO2 ALARM
On the first floor is the bathroom with bath & shower over which has two different types of shower head
Double bedroom with double bed , bedside cabinets with lamps , a large walk in fitted wardrobe & smart TV with built in Ipod docking
An additional full sized single bed can also be provided in this room SMOKE ALARM.
Twin room with two full size single beds , bedside cabinet with lamp wardrobe & wall mounted TV with built in DVD player SMOKE ALARM
Unlike many other holiday cottages in Conwy the twin room does not have bunk beds
The cottage also has WIFI with no limit on download
ALL BOOKINGS INCLUDE GAS ELECTRIC BED LINEN HOUSEHOLD MATERIALS
Personal towels are not provided but are for guests coming from abroad and public transport
