Locanda Barbati Luxury Rooms is a freshly Renovated,modern, calm holiday resort located on the upper edge of Barbati at the foot of the Pantocrator, the highest mountain in Corfu. Surrounded by olive trees and beautiful gardens the complex offers a quiet accommodation with free Wi-Fi internet access. Breakfast is included on Prices from 1st of May till 20th of September!

All our air-conditioned studios and apartments are open to a furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea, the garden and the Pantokrator, Corfu's highest mountain. A mini market can be found just 10 meters away from the property, while local taverns and bars are all short walk away.

The rooms are cosy, equipped with everything holiday maker might need. Fully equipped kitchenette with cooking hobs, fridge, cutlery and plates, kettle, coffee facilities, a toaster and a dining area, all you might need to prepare delicious breakfast and light meals. Bedroom area is either with twin or double bed (please, request desired option), LCD satellite TV, electronic safe deposit box. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are also provided for your comfort. A BBQ is also available for our guests. Free parking is possible on site.

You can enjoy yourself by the swimming pool overlooking the sparkling blue waters of the Ionian Sea and the mountain using the available free sunbeds and umbrellas. As for the children, a smaller one is offered to play in.

“A must stay ”

Locanda is situated towards the back of Barbati, up the hill, which affords beautiful views of Barbati, the beach and sea. It is worth noting that the location probably isn't suited to those with mobility issues. All walks back to Locanda will be up hill, most are quite steep. We found Locanda a very relaxing place to be with an onsite supermarket and bar. The pool and the area around it is lovely with perfect views out to sea. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and the site was always spotlessly clean. We stayed in studio 3 and had fresh sheets and a clean every other day - again spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was fantastic, never had such a good shower on holiday. The kitchenette is basic but adequate. Air conditioning fab and a TV with a selection of channels. Views from our balcony, day and night, were fabulous. A 15 minute walk downhill will take you to Barbati's main street where you will find restaurants and taverners - all very good, we had tasty food in all of them. If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday Locanda is definately for you. Giorgia and Yiannis, the owners, are lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. Georgia organised a taxi to collect us from the airport and, for a smaller fee much cheaper than a taxi, Yiannis dropped us back there at the end of our stay. They, and their family, should be commended for their hard work. We had a lovely time - thank you Giorgia & Yiannis x
