Description

La Treille is a pretty charming rhétaise house tastefully decorated. It is located at Bois Plage, a pretty village in the center of the island of Ré. Here you can sit in a quiet lunch on the terrace and enjoy the flower garden of 150 sqm, fenced. Forget your car! Located at 300 m, shops and daily market (in season) are within safe walking distance. You will join the cycle paths 150 m and the beach about 800 m from the house. Good holidays!

La pièce à vivre est tres spacieuse elle donne sur le jardin clos sans vis à vis . La cuisine est tres bien équipée , les chambres sont spacieuses avec trois salles d'eau . La maison est au coeur du village . Proche du marché et des commerces. La plage est accessible facilement à pied. Nous avons passé un tres agréable sejour au mois de mai.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sophie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
