With over 500 5 star reviews, we are pleased to offer our converted Rice Barns Ideal for a family of 4 We also have additional double rooms with on-suit so we can accommodate larger groups if required.

Located in a quiet area 20 min from Chiang Mai Airport and close to Chiang Mai Night Safari, Royal Gardens and The Grand Canyon. Next to the main house the converted rice barn has a double bed, TV, wifi and refrigerator. A balcony to relax overlooking the garden. Beneath the bedroom is a dinning area with its own kitchen & bathroom. Beautiful gardens, coffee shop and pool. We can help and give advice on car or bike rentals, personal driver and all the wonder trips that are available here in the "Rose of the North" Chiang Mai.

WIFI, AppleTV, ceiling fans and air-conditioning . Large garden and seating areas, BBQ area and kitchen. Small village outside Chiang Mai quiet and relaxing area. You will need transport, a car or motorbike. We are conveniently close to the airport, and to Chiang Mai City. Large department stores, local markets and the handy craft village of the north, Baan Tawai, are all close by. Tours such as elephant camps, white tiger, hill tribe villages and of course Doi Suthep the temple you cant miss seeing. There is much more and we are happy to give details or find out.

Getting around

You will need transport, a car or motorbike. You can rent a small motorbike, just let us know. We are 20 minutes from the airport, 25 to Chiang Mai City depending on traffic. Large department stores, local markets and the handy craft village of Baan Tawai, are all a short drive away. We can arrange Tours such as elephant camps, white tiger, hill tribe villages and of course Doi Suthep the temple you cant miss seeing. There is much more and we are happy to give details or find out.

Interaction with guest

We live here and are always on hand to chat, give help and advise. As little or as much as you wish. You are sure to run into our really cute dogs., Simba, Jessie & Geordie they will give you a welcome bark or two but will settle down. They are harmless and great with children.. Watch the sheep and ducks from the comfort of your room.

How do damage deposits work?
