Stunning view of Lake Como, Balcony directly on the lake shore, overlooking the lake. Apartment fully equipped, close to all amenities. Located in the heart of Varenna, the apartment is overlooking the Riva Grande, with a spectacular view of the lake, fully enjoyable from the large balcony where there are the french door of both the living room and the bedroom.

The apartment has just been fully furnished and consists of: kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, one bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 4 people.

All premises (bars, restaurants, shops, public services) are close at hand, within 100 meters.

Even the means of transport are easily accessible on foot: walk through the promenade 200 meters away there is the landing stage of the ferry boat and the boat; another 200 meters and you arrive at the train station.

The apartment is the ideal either for a relaxing holiday or as a base to discover all the attractions of the Lake Como!The guests can expect a prompt communication with the host, that will be available to receive them and offer guidance and support.

“Best location in Varenna”

What a gem this apt. Is. This is THE best location in Varenna. The balcony overlooks the heart of the town. The rooms are large and well equipped. Giorgio and Luigi were great to deal with. We would greatly recommend this apt to anyone who wants to have a great Varenna experience!
