Approx. 4 kms from Kotor Old Town, away from the crowds but with easy access by bus, taxi or own car. Even walk....a lovely meander and see far more along the shoreline. Situated in an 11th century building, a beautiful, fully renovated first floor apartment on the front line to the fjord with amazing day & night time views across the bay.

Small friendly village atmosphere located on the waters edge.

20 metres walk from the apartment to the fjord edge and small secluded beach area for swimming & relaxing for all ages.

Large pebble beach a short walk toward the village of Stoliv.

Above a small supermarket store and adjacent bakery for fantastic self catering convenience.

Walking distance to numerous waterside restaurants and cafes, cute small harbours .

Car Hire can be arranged at a reasonable tariff or available in Kotor.

Local hourly bus available from outside the apartment all around the Bay of Kotor.

Excellent location for all holiday makers with walks, sight-seeing, historical & religious venues.

Abundant nightlife in Kotor with clubs, restaurants, bars and late night shopping for all ages.

Boat, jet-ski, bicycle & motor bike hire available in Kotor.

Getting around

Bus service available from outside the apartment to various location around the Bay, every half hour. Bicycling around the bay coast road is very popular and cycle hire facilities are available in Kotor.

Interaction with guest

Smoking allowed on the balcony & rear terrace areas. Small shop & bakery situated beneath the apartment. Small harbour enclosures/ inlets close by, should you wish to hire a boat overnight. We are happy to supply more specific information upon request.

“Breathtaking”

Nice apartment with breathtaking view, close to restaurants with bakery and shop below. Agent helped to organize travel to and from the airport and tours. My family and I would go again.
