6 apartments (12 + 12 beds) – three on the ground floor and three on the first floor, a terrace with barbecue and large balconies
Description:
A newly built house overlooking the harbour is situated at a desirable, central location just a short walk from the beach area, shopping centre with supermarket, post office and bank. Free parking is provided upon request.
A number of attractions including beautiful promenades and a dining district with good selection of restaurants and bars are close by. The nearest bus stop is a minute away, rent-a-car and money exchange office are down the street.
Enjoy a pleasant 10 minute walk to the historical Old City of Dubrovnik, protected by UNESCO (guided tour subject to negotiation). There are many beautiful and picturesque towns, villages and islands to visit in the area.
To make your stay more memorable additional activities may also be arranged subject to negotiation: sightseeing tours to enjoy the panoramic view of Dubrovnik, scuba diving or excursions to Cavtat, Mostar, Peljesac peninsula, Ston, Split, Me?ugorje, Montenegro, boat excursions to Elafiti islands, etc.
For sports fans there are four tennis courts just a short distance away.
