The apartment is new and very well equipped (air conditioning, WiFi, flat TV), It's all modern and has a pretty big balcony overlooking the sea, It is located in the near the beautiful beach "Žnjan", free public parking is not far from apartment, possible to book a parking place in a private parking 30 meters from the building(extra pay) distance from the apartments to the center of Split , -public bus 10 minutes, walking 35-40 minutes, ...

How do damage deposits work?

If Filip (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
