CANAZEI - Appartamento sito in struttura residenziale signorile, dotato di box auto personale e completo di tutti i confort (smart-TV 50", WI-FI, caminetto, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice). Ingresso indipendente. Le camere da letto sono 2, una matrimoniale e l'altra con 3 letti singoli di cui uno a castello, il soffitto è mansardato alto. La zona notte si trova al piano superiore assieme al bagno mentre la cucina, l'ingresso ed il soggiorno, con confortevole divano letto 2 posti, al pian terreno. La vista che si può godere è tra le migliori della vallata col Gran Vernel e Sass Pordoi sullo sfondo. Lontano dal caos e dallo smog della strada statale, l'appartamento è ben posizionato e comodo per la vacanza sia invernale che estiva. Distanze principali: 10m inizio "percorso vita" verso Campitello (percorso estivo attrezzato per passeggiate), 130m pista per sci di fondo, 350m fermata skibus, 300m centro di Canazei, 300m piscina/centro benessere, 900m impianti di risalita (cabinovia Pecol per immettersi direttamente nel Sellaronda tour). Per gli ospiti estivi ampia e tranquilla corte interna.

Possibilità di noleggiare la biancheria da letto + bagno.

House rules

Children are welcome in the house and, especially in summer, can play safely outside the protected space of the apartment courtyard. In addition, the Canazei playground is located a few meters away. Pets are not allowed due to allergy owners sometimes stay in the apartment. And 'it allowed to smoke only in the outside area to the apartment.

If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
