Description

This very well appointed two bedroom apartment is located on the famous Villamartin Plaza. With a south facing terrace looking into the plaza itself, you have nothing but stunning views and sun all day. Entering the apartment you have a fully fitted kitchen on the right and even has a dishwasher!! Past the kitchen is the lovely dining area seating six. The living room is spacious with a flat screen television and a full UK TV package to keep up with your favourite programs! As well air-conditioning keeps you cool in the summer. You exit to the canopy covered balcony via the living room to enjoy the sun and activity below. Sit on the balcony having a morning coffee or sip a glass of wine as the sun sets and the hustle and bustle of the plaza begins below, simply fantastic! Off the living room you have two spacious twin bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and in between you have a full family bathroom. The apartment easily caters for four to enjoy the fabulous Villamartin Plaza just outside of your door!!!

About 50 feet away in the plaza there is a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Ask for a quote.

Getting around

There is a local bus service which will take you to the shopping mall and close to the beach, walking the rest. There are also taxi ranks as well. The best way around, should you want to venture out is a hire car with many places locally you can hire one for days or the entire holiday.

Interaction with guest

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

“Relaxing comfortable break”

Location is brilliant - 5 minutes in a car to the beach, all amenities close by, varied restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes and ages. The apartment was clean, with a lovely balcony that we could sit out on and enjoy the atmosphere from downstairs if we wanted to stay in. Quesdas fish and chip restaurant on the Plaza is quality food with big portions with a huge varied menu. Cassie (the agent) and Graham were lovely and welcoming, they also helped us to arrange a taxi from Alicante airport (Pepe was punctual and friendly). When the gas ran out on the fire, Graham had a new bottle to us within 30 minutes. The only thing I need to do next time is to make sure to ask for instructions for microwave and cooker as I found them difficult to understand but with all the restaurants there is no need to cook. Cassie was also able to advise us for next time when we return on other properities .

We are not able to remove it. The actual property description is exactly what you booked and received. I am sorry about the communication but this area is predominantly English but we made every effort as we do in Spain to speak Spanish which I would have hoped to be appreciated. I found no language barrier though. Again, you did not read the actual apartment description. I hope in your future holidays to read the advert. Thank you though for your review and rental. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
