Entering into the top floor of Io, the large area of 45sqm includes two separate bedrooms with a queen's double bed each with en suite bathroom and a seafacing balcony. Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big modern dining table , a living room with comfortable sofas and a cozy fire place. Sofas at night may become one double and one single bed so, up to seven persons can sleep. There is also a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with tub.

Ground floor leads to a spacious sea facing veranda with exceptional view. Outdoor dinning furniture with a big umbrella is provided. Occupants of Io,enjoy the exclusive use of a private swimming pool (5x7x1,5m) , laying on a 100 sqm terrace ,which provides also great seaview.A built in BBQ also exists.

Io offers: Refrigerator with deep freeze , coffee pot, toaster, toast, kettle, microwave oven, iron, ironing board, satellite TFT-TV, CD-DVD player, internet access, full air-conditioning, washing machine, safe deposit BOX,private parking.

Response from the owner Hello Mrs. Jacinta and thank you for the review.Actually, the units are categorized as villas due to the luxury and the amenities they offer as well as the style and elegance they express.As far as the photos, they all refer exactly to every unit they are related to (unless shown shuffled by Trip Advisor, which of course is not our responsibility).Regarding the smaller pool of middle villa Kallisto (4,3x3x1,1m), this is mentioned and results in much cheaper daily booking price compared with other villas.In our official site, you can find every information in detail about the property, replying satisfactory to all your remarks. “Perfect”

My partner, myself and my 16 year old neice stayed in Villa Europa for two weeks. Elena (who looks after all three villas) met us at the airport which was a lovely idea and makes for a relaxing start to your holiday, not having to worry about directions. All three villas have been finished to an excellent standard; including lovely large shower cubicles, frequent changes of linen, even a film channel on the flat screen TVs. The beds are the most comfortable rental beds we have ever had, as are the sofas. Throughout the whole two weeks, despite having her hand in plaster, Elena catered for our every need (and more). Elena and Yiannis who owns the villas really do want you to enjoy your time in Skiathos. The views are stunning, especially at night when Skopelos twinkles in the distance. We intend to return next year, which is something we have never done before. All three villas are excellent!
