Description

Trotters is a beautifully converted detached stone barn offering panoramic views over rural countryside in peaceful surroundings. The barn has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining area; comfortable lounge with wood-burning stove, flat screen television with Sky (sports and movies), DVD player and free WiFi. The ground floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and the first floor has a king-sized bedroom and twin bedded room, both with en-suite bathrooms. The barn has central heating and enjoys its own private terraced garden, situated within 30 acres of rolling hills and gentle countryside.

Newhouse has superb indoor and outdoor facilities including heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current jets; traditional sauna; complimentary WiFi throughout; indoor games room with pool, table tennis and table football tables; indoor toddlers' soft play room; children's play areas with swings, slides and trampoline; 9-hole crazy golf course; fields for ball games; small fishing lake; and over 30 acres of land to explore.

The village of Witheridge, situated half a mile away, has a pub, post office and general store, newsagent and churches. Whatever the season Newhouse Farm offers a peaceful location with abundant wildlife including resident badgers, barn owls and red deer. The perfect place to relax!

How do damage deposits work?
