Description
In Wimereux, seaside town of the Côte D'Opale, our apartment is located in the domain privileged and exceptional of the Gulf Dunes, 300 metres from the sea.
Come relax with family or friends and enjoy the nautical pleasures and walks along the front sea, with its typical houses Belle Epoque or along the sea in the middle of the National Park Caps et Marais D'Opale.
For the more energetic, many infrastructures are located within the area: tennis, petanque area and putting green to get to the pleasure of golf. For fans, a magnificent course of 62 ha, housed in lush greenery of the boulonnaise campaign and facing the sea, offers you at the foot of the apartment.
Children have not been forgotten: the apartment has a space that is dedicated as a barefoot in the sand playground at 50 meters and this in a field completely closed and secure.
The apartment, comfortable, can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
It is located on the ground floor on a surface of 42 m2 full foot and boasts a terrace with view on the sea, fully equipped (1 table / 4 chairs / 2 deckchairs/1 barbecue on foot) and bordered by a (non-custodial) lawn adjacent to the golf course.
Upon entering, it consists of a hallway (with dressing room) overlooking a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
-The bedroom: on an area of 16M 2, it consists of a bed of 2 persons (160 * 200) with duvet and pillows, a shelf and a wardrobe.
-The bathroom: washbasin, a Tablet and a cupboard, with a shower and a towel. WC - the living room and the dining room: on an area of 20M 2, is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons (160 * 200), table and 4 chairs, a TV and a decoder TNT (with USB), connection WIFI (in progress), foreign channels (BBC World, NED1.. .in courses), a string (in progress) Stereo - the kitchen: is equipped with a fridge (freezer)a multi-function oven (see instructions), a ceramic hob (2 plates), a coffee, a microwave and a vacuum device.
-For children: a small space is furnished with toys, a high chair, a changing and a baby cot pad.
-Other services: A place secure parking (number P46) and individual as well as an external box - various: • heating • Distance from the centre: 1000 m / Beach: 300 metres / supermarket and Baker: 500 metres • pets allowed non - free WIFI for stays of a week. During a rental season, there is always a person less well organized (or informed) who thinks to arrive in a hotel room with related hotel services (and apparently a welcome drink). You booked through Booking and I sent you both a user guide and the code to open. You confirmed me having received everything and understood, which was not the case apparently since you asked the help of my neighbours to compose the code that was nevertheless provided to you the first time with a link to youtube . I understand that not everyone can be very good computer but do not hesitate to let me know before your arrival to not then be in a hurry and ruin your stay. The center of Wimereux is a 15 minute walk (but you can not be both in the center and enjoy the peace and the green view of the countryside). Le WIFI était disponible mais comme je vous l'ai fait savoir, il permet de consulter ses mails et des sites de recherche mais pas de gros téléchargements; mais il est bel et bien disponible d'ailleurs vous l'avez utilisé. Pour ce qui est du confort, je ne sais pas à quoi vous vous attendiez mais c'est la première fois que l'on me fait part du fait qu'un appartement d'une chambre, salle de bain, douche, WC séparé, séjour, cuisine est petit....chose que vous pouviez constater dès la réservation; même chose pour ce qui est du grille pain. Pour la météo, vous comprendrez que je ne puisse faire grand-chose.... Cordialement. Michaël Visée.

Zunächst einmal, ich jeden Mieter ein Benutzerhandbuch des Hauses senden ... habe dich nicht. Bei der Ankunft, so finden Sie die Wohnung nicht und wussten nicht, wie die Schlüssel zu finden. Dann rief man mich für den WiFi aber Sie den Router unplugged hatte. Für warmes Wasser, so weiß ich nicht, wenn Sie tatsächlich mehr heißes Wasser, wenn Sie haben auch in dem jede Einstellung. Alles war sehr schnell überprüft , aber es war in der Tat den Ostermontag oder niemand arbeitet in Frankreich. Für den Pasta-Topf haben Sie mich nicht einmal während des Aufenthalts gesprochen, könnte ich Ihnen einen neuen bringen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

L'appartement est en effet situé en pleine nature et dans un domaine préservé, ce qui en fait le charme et le différencie d'un appartement en centre ville. Une grande surface se situe à exactement 800 mètres mais une friterie à 200 mètres, 2 poissonniers à 300 mètres,.... La manière d'ouvrir le coffret contenant les clés est expliquée dans un petit guide d'utilisation que j'envoie en même temps que le code d'accès. Mon numéro de téléphone est un numéro belge et le préfixe est le 32, ensuite le numéro sans le 0. C'est de cette manière qu'il apparaît sur le site de Tripadvisor.
