Ideally located in Altea, old seaside city became fishing North of the Costa Blanca port, our apartment is perched on the mountain heights of the residential area of Villavista, close to that of Altea Hills (completely closed and safety light barriers); offering panoramic views of the Sierra de Bernia or tip of Albir.
Come relax with family or friends and enjoy the nautical Marina Greenwich pleasures and walks along the narrow streets of the old town with white houses and the many craft shops.
For the more energetic, many infrastructures are ausein even Altea Hills residential district: field of Bocce, tennis, squash, green golf, 3 swimming pools lagoons, a heated pool, a spa and a playground for children who have not been forgotten either within villa which has a space that is entirely dedicated to them.
The Villa, all comfort, can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.
It is located in a residential area, on the heights of Altea Hills, offering stunning panoramic views over the sea and the mountain. Spread over an area of 145 m 2 (including 1 terrace at the front and at the back), a private garage and a swimming pool condominium.
She consists upon entry, a vestibule leading to a wide staircase leading - on the 1st floor:-on a living room: on a surface of 30 m 2, equipped with wheelchair 5 seats, a fireplace, a TV (TNT with French and international channels), wireless Internet (in progress), air conditioning (hot and cold) and a private toilet.
-kitchen: fully equipped, it includes a fridge (freezer), of a multi-function oven, a hob (2 plates), a device to coffee, Toaster, juicer, kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
-on a terrace of 25 m2 at the front: with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Manual cover system, Garden 4 covered, 2 chairs, a hammock - on a terrace of 10 m 2 at the back: near the swimming pool. Beach umbrella, Garden 4 covered, barbecue.
-On the 2nd floor:-bedroom parental with bathroom: it includes a bed of 2 persons (160 * 200) with duvet and pillows, a shelf, a wardrobe, a TV (TNT), an air conditioner, a terrace with sea views and en suite bathroom (bath, hairdryer, private toilet) - Chamber 2: composed a divan-bed (160 * 200), TV (TNT)a wardrobe, a library and an air conditioner.
-Bedroom 3: composed of a 2 bed (160 * 200), TV (TNT), a wardrobe and an air conditioner.
-The bathroom: is equipped with a private toilet and shower.
-For children: a small space is furnished with toys, a high chair, a changing and a baby cot pad.
-Other services: secure garage and a beautiful swimming pool in condominium with views of sea and mountain.

Response from the owner Dear Mrs Wadham- Smith, thank you for your comments which will help me to improve the services given to my guests. First of all, I would like to thank you pointing out all the advantages and positive things of the house. However, I'm quite astonished when you seem to be surprised by the position of the villa as we discussed of it before you came and I told you it was about 5 minutes from the sea and 8 minutes from the city centre. As I told you, you can't be at the mountain, at the sea and in the city centre at the same time (there is a google map picture on my website). You can't have the animation of the city and the calm of the mountain so you need a car to come in Altea Hills. This site is more a house than an hotel room, so you have the option to prepare your own food ( a supermarket is just down Altea Hills) or go to the restaurant (the nearest one is into the harbour at 4 minutes and make an excellent paella). For the internet, the villa is in a Residencial area where the signal is sometimes weak and where the 4G does not exist for the moment ( I live in a village in France and I don't have 4G :)) but the television can bring you all the movies you need in all different languages. I really thank you again for your comments and to trust our House and hope to see you in a near future.Best regards. Michaël
