Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein freistehendes Natursteinhaus in der Nähe des Dorfes Pontós. Das Bauernhaus liegt auf 145m Höhe und bietet somit einen wunderschönen Blick auf das gesamte Tal Richtung Meer nach Osten und Süden hin. Nach Norden und Westen blickt man auf die Pyrenäen und dessen Ausläufer. Es liegt nur 20 Autominuten von den spektakulären Stränden und Buchten der Costa Brava entfernt und 15 km von den Städten Figueres, wo sich das Dalí- Museum befindet, Banyoles, mit seinem großen Badesee, und 25 km von Girona mit seiner sehr sehenswerten Altstadt. Barcelona ist 130 km südlich gelegen und mit dem Auto, aber ebenfalls mit dem Zug, bestens und schnell erreichbar.
Das Bauernhaus wurde 1640 auf dem Gebiet einer ehemaligen iberischen Siedlung erbaut. Das Haus ist freistehend und von Feldern und Wald umgeben. Die Natur fängt somit direkt vor der Haustür an. Es wurde sehr liebevoll und mit Naturmaterialien renoviert und bietet allen Komfort eines modernen Hauses, sowie eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Der große Garten, die Architektur aus Bögen und Gewölben und die dicken Natursteinwände entführen Sie in eine Oase der Ruhe. Dies wird allerdings mit den modernen Annehmlichkeiten kombiniert. Die dicken Natursteinwände sorgen für eine angenehme Kühle im Haus während des Sommers und für eine einladende Wärme im Winter, die durch ein prasseldes Feuer im Kamin umrahmt werden kann.
Das Haus ist sowohl für gröbere Familien und Gruppen, für Urlaub mit Freunden, als auch für Seminaraufenthalte oder Feste ideal, da 15 Personen (max. 20) darin gut Platz finden können und ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.
Das Haus umfasst auf 300m² Wohnfläche und zwei Etagen sechs große Schlafzimmer, zwei sehr große Wohnzimmer, drei Badezimmer, eine geräumige Küche, ein separates Esszimmer und einen großen Eingangsbereich. Sowohl der Eingangsbereich als auch die beiden Wohnzimmer können jeweils für Ihr Seminar umgestaltet werden. Alle Zimmer verfügen über natürliches Licht und Aussicht. Zur Ausstattung des Hauses zählen unter anderem eine Zentralheizung, das Küchenequipment, ein Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, zwei Klimaanlagen, Internet (Wifi) und einen Außenpool.
Im ca. 2500m² umfassenden Außenbereich befinden sich insgesamt drei Terrassen, ein Salzwasser-Pool, eine Vielzahl von Liegestühlen und Gartenmöbeln für 15 Personen, ein Steingrill, eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Bank und gerade Fläche für Seminaraktivitäten im Freien. Durch riesige alte Steineichen, teilweise überdachte Terrassen, aber auch großzügige Grasflächen, nicht nur um den Pool herum, bieten sich im Freien viele Sonnen- und Schattenplätze, die zum Verweilen und zum Entspannen einladen . Der Außenpool ist ungechlort und lediglich leicht mit Salzwasser versetzt, wodurch ein natürliches Badevergnügen ermöglicht wird. 1000 Blüten und aromatische Düfte werden Sie sowohl im Garten als auch auf den umliegenden Wald- und Wiesenwegen verzaubern.
Das Haus wird komplett vermietet. In der Nebensaison sowohl tageweise, an Wochenenden als auch wochenweise. Bei kleinen Gruppen kann auch ein Personenpreis vereinbart werden. In der Hochsaison erfolgt die Vermietung ausschließlich wochenweise.
Strom, Heizung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Internet sind im Endpreis inbegriffen.
Auf Wunsch organisieren wir für Seminargruppen ein Catering. Ansonsten ist das Haus für Selbstverpfleger und bietet ideale Möglichkeiten, auch als Kleingruppe zusammen zu kochen.
Die Gegend bietet sowohl touristisch, kulturell, sportlich und als auch gastronomisch eine Fülle an Aktivitäten und Attraktionen. Vom Radsport, Wandern, Reiten, Motorsport etc direkt vom Haus aus, über gastronomische Routen am Meer und im Landesinneren, ebenfalls die Pyrenäen für lange Wanderungen, Trekking und Skifahren in ca. 50 km Entfernung, welche im Norden vom Haus aus sichtbar sind, bis hin zu zahlreichen Wasser- und Luftaktivitäten, wie Kitesurf, Surf, Tauchen, Paragliding, Wasserparks. In 15km Entfernung befindet sich ein Golfplatz. Kulturell bieten die Gegend mit ehemaligen römischen und griechischen Siedlungen, mittelalterlichen Orten, romantischen Fischerdörfern, zahlreichen Museen und nicht zuletzt Barcelona mit seinen modernistischen Bauten allerhand Interessantes.
Ihr Haustier ist in La Casa Nova natürlich ebenfalls kostenfrei willkommen.
