Open concept floor plan with gourmet kitchen decked out with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks, and breakfast nook. Offering seven bedrooms, each with a marble en-suite bathroom. Central AC, flat screen TV s, WIFI, two gas fireplaces, multiple gathering spaces, formal dining room, incredible bunk room, spacious front porch, comfy living spaces for relaxing - some large for gathering and some small for quiet times - along with multiple porches for enjoying the sea air and al fresco dining. Set in the heart of town on tree-lined Washington Street, the ambiance of the town comes alive in this spectacular setting. A short walk to the beach.

Beach amenities provided are as follows:
For summer 2022 there will be 2 beach boxes with 15 beach chairs, umbrellas (2 already set up each day) and cabana, they will be located on the Ocean Street beach which is conveniently located to the house (10 minute walk). There will be a little extra room in the boxes to leave personal belongings for the week to make it even easier to get to the beach every day. This beach amenity is free to the tenants.
**VRBO Renters – Please note, the initial service fee paid, is strictly a VRBO fee and is not paid to Jersey Cape Realty. Once the reservation is confirmed through VRBO, it then transfers to Jersey Cape Realty where it will follow their lease and payment specifications.
