Charmante maison de 100 m2, composée de 3 chambres et d'une mezzanine. Parking privé.
Le jardin,clos de murs sans vis à vis est très agréable et ensoleillé.grande terrasse bois avec 2 salons lounge
La cuisine américaine donne sur un grand séjour avec cheminée. (induction, lave-vaisselle, robot multifonction connecté, Nespresso ...)
Au rez de chaussée, une grande chambre avec lit queen size donnant sur le jardin, séjour , salle à manger ,cuisine, salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne,wc, buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.
A l'étage, 2 chambres, une mezzanine,une salle de bain avec baignoire et wc.
Belles prestations
Décorée avec beaucoup de gout dans le style rétais , vous y passerez un très agréable séjour.
La plage sauvage se trouve à 600m , le marché à 200m ainsi que les commerces.
la maison est au calme avec tout à proximité, vous serez enchantés...
accès internet,wifi. 4 vélos prêtés
les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont sur réservation et sont facturés en supplément ( 20€ par lit ( fait à l'arrivée) et 10€ pour les serviettes ou le tout pour 25€ par personne )
