Situated only a short stroll from the beach, this beautiful town house has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Spend the day on the beach, with it's beach side bars and restaurants (Summer time only) or relax around the pool within this very small gated complex. The house has it's own private garden with BBQ area ideal for enjoying those long days of guaranteed summer sunshine.
Isca Dreams is only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the local village of Isca Marina. Here you will find everything you need from supermarkets to fresh fruit & veg shops, bakery and butcher. Sit and enjoy a coffee in the village square soaking up the athmosphere and slow pace of life in Southern Italy.
If you are looking for something a little livelier you will find the town of Soverato only a short 20 minutes drive away. (Also serviced by local transport from Isca.) Soverato with its many bars, shops and restaurants is well worth a visit, walk along the long lungomare or promenade and watch the fishermen as they bring in their catch of the day. If you fancy a bit of shopping, Soverato has one of the largest markets in the area, every Friday morning, between 8am and 12pm. This is well worth a visit if only to witness the array of fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers and local produce on display, along with the usual market stall holders.

Questa casa inoltre,ha un giardino privato dove potrete pranzare o cenare all'aria aperta e magari,fare una bellissima colazione in attesa dell'alba.
Isca Dreams si trova a 10 minuti da Isca Marina,dove potete trovare numerosi supermarket forniti di ogni genere alimentare.Troverete ottima frutta fresca,cibi vegani,pasticcerie e negozi di ogni tipo.
Inoltre,potete gustare un ottimo caffè,seduti comodamente nella piazza principale,godendo della tranquillità che contraddistingue il posto.
Se invece volete svagarvi,a circa 15 minuti di auto troverete la bellissima e rinomatissima Soverato.Qui troverete bar,ristoranti,locali dove poter ballare e per i più romantici fare passeggiate sul bellissimo lungomare.
Ogni venerdì dalle 8 alle 12,potrete visitare il mercato all'aperto dove acquistare ogni tipo di merce.
