The apartment is located in the most beautiful area of Dubrovnik with fantastic sea views on Island Lokrum and Old Town.House built in traditional Dalmatian architectural style,peaceful and quite environment close to most popular beaches in Dubrovnik.City center is just 10 minutes of slow and pleasant walk.Bus station is only 100 meters away from apartment with direct link to Old city,Harbor to island ferries and etc.

The Apartment ANA is air conditioned and well equipped with LCD TV, high speed wireless internet .View from the terrace of ANA apartment is stretching over the forts in the Old Town , there is also spectacular view of the Adriatic sea and nearby Island Lokrum. Dubrovnik nobility spent their summers in the houses built on this very location.Surrounded by beautiful gardens and quite neighborhood ,apartment is close to Old Town and yet far from the noise and traffic.Apartment ANA is situated in ground floor 65 m2 consist of one bedroom with king size bed and living room where sofa easily transforms to additional bed for two people .Fully equipped bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer.Spacious summer standalone kitchen also belong to apartment and had everything what you need to prepare and serve meal.The apartment is very comfortable and functional with his own terrace 40 m2 .Just above apartment it is a nice road which local people using just for bicycle ride and jogging with very little traffic.We can offer tours with our speed boat around Dubrovnik islands,beaches or panorama views from sea side on city walls and old harbour.Also we can arrange transportation from airport to apartment but anyhow advice your intention few days before arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

If ALEN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
