Description
Situated on the coast close to the beautiful Angmering-on-Sea, Carousel is a perfect holiday home boasting gorgeous views over both the coast in front of the house and the Sussex downs at the back.
Built in 2013, Carousel has been purposely designed as a holiday home. Featuring a large bright family living area downstairs, Carousel sleeps up to 18 people, across five double rooms (two can be twin bedrooms) and two family rooms with four beds each upstairs.
Carousel is child friendly, with a walled garden, towards the end of a quiet residential road.

“Wonderful family house by the sea.”

“Fantastic house on the sea front”
Camilla was extremely accommodating to us and our friends and all our young children! The place is beautiful, well set up, excellent space, lovely garden and so close to the beach! We hope to make it an annual trip! Thank you.

“Just perfect for a large family gathering”
Carousel is perfect for large family gatherings, with a great living space on the ground floor, spilling out onto the terrace and the lawn, and a very short and safe walk to the beach. The attic rooms are excellent for grandchildren. All the equipment one needs for self-catering is available, and the house was spotless on our arrival.

“Perfect staycation”
After our UK holiday to Devon was cancelled at the last minute, we stumbled across Carousel and booked with only 3 days prior to check-in. Having never heard of Angmering before, we were all slightly apprehensive of what to expect but we needn’t have worried. From the first enquiry until the day of check out, communication was quick and extremely helpful - particularly with the very flexible check-in/out times - the owner and local key-taker did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Carousel is placed on a lovely road within a private estate, directly opposite the sea. Ideal for trips to the beach or walks along the Greensward. The beaches are beautiful and very quiet - considering we stayed in the height of school holidays. There are a couple of beachside cafes in close proximity too - although expect long queues on sunny days, particularly due to social distancing. The house is comfortable and well thought out, with more than enough room for everyone (there were 9 in our party). The young children in our party particularly loved roller skating round the open plan living area and loved the secret toy room in the attic bedrooms! The kitchen is very well stocked which was great for the amateur chef in our party and there is a large garden with charcoal bbq available to use. Overall, a true gem of a find, particularly for large groups - we would love to return one day.
