A beautiful large 2 bed, 2 bathroom apt,ideal for families, couples and golfers.Open plan lounge/dining area, american style kitchen. Balcony with table and chairs for 4 people and far reaching sea views. Master bedroom has king size bed,fitted robes.Twin bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted robes.Family bathroom consists of bath,shower,bidet,toilet,washbasin and vanity unit.Second bathroom has shower,toilet and washbasin.Efficient ceiling fans throughout the apartment and hot and cold aircon. Lge swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols in lovely surroundings is next to the apartment block.The apartment is on a lovely golf resort with a beautiful club house and restaurant with fantastic views of the sea and La Manga in the distance. Las Ramblas and Villamartin golf clubs are close by.
Several Blue Flag beaches are just a 5 minute drive away and beach towels are supplied .Zenia Boulevard also only 5 minutes drive has 150 shops, bars, restaurants,kiddies play area, bowling alley and casino. All amenities are a short stroll from the apartment bars,restaurants, banks and there is also a local bus service to nearby to beaches.The is a buggy pushchair and travel cot available for a small extra charge.
There is a £65 (€70) charge for end of stay cleaning and laundry payable on arrival, and smoking is only allowed on balcony please.Maximum guests 4.Check out time is 10.00.Check in time is 14.00.

“Excellent apartment in a great location”
The owners made our family stay amazing, this spacious apartment is lovely and in a great location just a short walk from the bars & shops golf course, a wonderful stay, will be returning.

“Appartment compoamor golf”
Very enjoyable stay in a lovely appartment. appartment had WIFI which was a big hit with the kids, it was modern and well equipped with all essentials. Within walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Car not essential but would recommend if want to go to local beaches, golf courses ir other surrounding towns. Owners met us on arrival and had essentials in fridge to get us started as we arrived late at night which was a nice touch. They were also very approachable. Would highly reccommend.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review Andrea, yes there is a supermarket across the road but the apartments are set well back from the road on fenced private property with lovely shrubs and trees. The apartment also has distant sea views to the front and side of the balcony which most guests enjoy. August is the busiest time of the year and there are enough beds for the size of the pool area. l am sorry some guests engage in the practise of reserving beds early, and l am sure this does happen elsewhere during high season. l am very pleased you enjoyed your holiday and it would be a pleasure to invite you back in the future.
