This apartment is located in the town center, close to everything and has a remarkable view over Cascais Bay!It is located in a nice and very quiet residential street, in a building with three floors with lift, the ground floor having a fantastic and famous local restaurant where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood every day.As you enter the apartment you´ll find a modern style living room with two ambiances, the dining area with a glass table that sits six guests and a relaxing living area with a sofa-bed that can accommodate two extra guests, an armchair and two puffs, a LCD TV with International Channels and Wi-Fi access. The living room has access to a balcony facing the Bay with a table and chairs and two comfortable puffs where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset.The traditional kitchen with Portuguese tiles has all the equipment you need as stove and oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer. It is also supplied with crockery, cutlery and cookware so you can prepare your own meals.A long corridor with a large closet leads you to the two spacious bedrooms also with wardrobes, one with a king size bed and the other one with two single beds, both with access to their own private balconies which are facing the peaceful residential street. A complete bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower serves the two bedrooms. Hairdryer available.The whole house has heaters and double glazed windows for better comfort as well as manual shutters. An iron and an ironing board are also available.A remarkable apartment to enjoy your vacation in family or with friends, you will definitely be reminded on what has been said throughout the years; that the Estoril Coast is the best destination now as it were in the old days when national and international royalty would spend their leisure days framed on these sights. Response from the manager We are really surprised about this review. The bathroom of the apartment is renovated. The bathtub has a curtain to avoid that water comes out but of course you have to be careful not to spread water everywhere! The coffee machine is working...maybe the guest didn't know how to work with it but if they called us we would be glad to assist them. We are so very disappointed with this review, specially since they are repeating guests!

“Self catered apartment”

It was a great location, with windows and balconies front and back. Clean and well furnished. We had two very hot days + 37 C and the lack of air conditioning in this apartment was a disappointment as we did not sleep with the heat of the day.
