A SPACIOUS, BRIGHT APARTMENT IN A QUIET LOCATION CLOSE TO THE HEART OF ILKLEY

A spacious, bright, tastefully decorated and well equipped two bedroom ground floor apartment forming part of a large Victorian Villa a short walk from Ilkley town centre with railway and bus stations. If travelling by car the property has private off road parking.

Located to enjoy the best of all worlds. Spend the day rambling the beautiful dales and moors around Ilkley and in the evening you are a genuine short walk from Ilkleys terrific choice of restaurants and pubs. Food spans great pub grub to fine dining, and a multitude of world cuisine. Local pubs serve all the wines, spirits and lagers you would expect as well as featuring real ales from the areas numerous micro breweries. If you want to venture a little further Leeds is a convenient train ride away offering exceptional retail, theatre, opera, ballet and concert venues.

Accommodation comprises a large bright open plan lounge diner with bay window offering views across the valley. The Lounge has seating for 4 on two double leather sofas. An extendable dining table seats six with leather dining chairs. Through an alcove is a well equipped kitchen.

The modern kitchen is equipped to a high standard with complete sets of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and has a gas cooker, fridge and dish washer. If you want a sociable evening in you can create your own gastro masterpiece here.

The main bedroom is a spacious double with plenty of wardrobe storage and two easy chairs and side table in the bay window. The single room features a a fitted single bed. The bathroom has whirlpool bath and electric shower. In a side cupboard is a washer dryer.

“Another great holiday in Ilkley”

This is the fourth year in succession that we have visited Ilkley. It is a town that we have come to love spending time in. The Dalesway apartment is the ideal place (and for us the ONLY place) to stay. It is situated a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A parking space so close to town is the icing on the cake. Andrew is the most helpful host and has always answered any queries we have promptly. We always enjoy this perfect holiday home and always look forward to a return visit.

“Long weekend in Ilkley”

Well it took 18 months to finally get to Ilkley for a long weekend, Andrew the flat owner was very good in changing the first booking when COVID hit and then refunding when we had to cancel the 2nd date, as they say 3rd times the charm. The arrival process was very slick with 2 key safes to get into the building then the apartment. The apartment was very well presented with everything you would need and all in clean working order + visitors parking permit if required if not using the parking space at the rear. Location was excellent, short walk down to the street with Betty's on and then rest of the town. It was exactly what we hoped for and it delivered above expectations. We would have no hesitation in using again. Thanks for a great base for an enjoyable weekend
