Situated on Gran Alacant, 10 minutes south of Alicante airport, but no aircraft noise!! Beautiful Villa on 635sqm plot with attractive garden, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 with bath/shower, 2 with shower), large lounge/dining room, great fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, American style fridge freezer. The Villa has 6 aircon units, satelite TV, large terrace and solarium. For the winter there is gas central heating. Outside there are mature gardens and a large 10m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps. There is private parking. Walking distance to bars restaurants and shops, 5 mins drive to beach.Great for a pool or beach holiday, but if you want some family days out, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are only 40 minute drive away.Situated on Gran Alacant, 10 minutes south of Alicante airport, but no aircraft noise!! Walking distance to bars restauarants and shops, 5 mins drive to beach.We have been rented properties on Gran Alacant for 16 years, and we will be here to meet you, and help with anything you need during your holiday.
Additional costs charged locally, Electric is an additional charge of 0.22 pence per unit, this is to discourage the air-con being left on all the time. The management company will take the electric readings before and after the holiday. We encourage holidaymakers to also take their own readings to avoid any discrepancies. This will be taken from your deposit after your departure from the villa. Electricity is charged at 0.22€ per KW used, Security Bond 200 euros, refunded after departure check

“Everything we required”
Children loved the pool. Would have like to be a bit nearer the GA centre as we went to happyland every evening. This property in Puerto Marino would be our perfect place. At midnight we used to get a taxi outside Lidl, to get the tired little ones home.
