Description

Villa Tia is a lovely 3-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, just a 5-minute walk to the Blue Flag Nissi Beach, a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Ayia Napa centre and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Ayia Napa harbour. Situated on the sought after Nissi Golden Sands project, the villa not only has use of its own private pool, but there is also a communal pool and children’s pool for which guests have unlimited access.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and a family bathroom, sleeping up to 6 guests in total. There is the added benefit of one double bedroom being situated on the ground floor and having access to its own private ensuite bathroom – a great solution for those with limited mobility. The double bedroom upstairs has access to a large sun terrace which is a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or perhaps some al fresco dining.

The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, lounge, and dining area to make use of. The kitchen is fully fitted and fully equipped providing everything you need during your stay. There is a dining area with a beautiful dining table seating 6, leading through to the lounge with a large L-shaped sofa and TV to kick back and relax. The property has free WiFi and A/C throughout, with the benefit of private off-road parking should you hire a car during your stay.

Soak up some sun on one of the many sun-loungers and cool off by taking a dip in your own private swimming pool or enjoy some al fresco dining under the stars. Another activity to enjoy is the nearby Ayia Napa Water Park which is just a 15-minute stroll away – perfect for families with children. Being so close to Nissi Avenue also makes this a great villa for wedding parties wanting to be close to the many wedding venues in Ayia Napa and Cape Greco.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review regarding your recent stay at Villa Tia. It is unfortunate that you have decided to leave such a negative review although I myself helped you during your stay. You first notified us of an overflowing sewage cover round the back of the property, this was dealt with in a timely manner and a plumber was there to clear the obstruction. I then received comments regarding cockroaches throughout the property, inside and out. On my many visits to you regarding this, I could not see any evidence of cockroaches but as a preventative measure, I arranged for pest control to spray the villa and also left some traps and spray. We agreed that some form of compensation would be offered for the inconvenience, although I never saw any cockroaches. The review you have left is malicious with intention to cause damage to the reputation, not only of the management company but the owner of the villa. Villa Tia has been rented out for many years now with lots of happy guest who return year after year and even the guests after your arrival noted no cockroaches (please see review). I also have to note that we did not charge you to unblock the drains as the blockage was a direct cause of throwing paper down the toilets. You complained to myself for two days regarding cockroaches and as the situation was dealt with in a professional and timely manner we refunded you for 2 days of your holiday. Warm Regards, Chris.

How do damage deposits work?
