Description
In a nice hamlet our stone rural lodge comprises on ground floor 30 m² lounge and modern kitchen, a separate toilet and a large closet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, table, cooker hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...
In the living room is a sofa bed that we have chosen for the high quality of his bed and a large flat screen TV.
A wood stove complete an efficient electric heating.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a bed of 140x 200. A bathroom with a very stylish shower.
Washing machine, hairdryer, iron and board supplement this equipment.
Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Swimming pool of 54 sqm with terrace of 70 sqm.

“Le gîte parfait!”
C'est avec grand plaisir que nous retournerons passer un séjour chez Christophe et Christelle. L'accueil est très chaleureux, le gîte est très agréable et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût: on se sent tout de suite en vacances. Un endroit idéalement situé pour découvrir Saint-Malo et ses alentours. Le charme du jardin et de la belle piscine lui apportent une note de 10/10, en résumé un séjour plus que parfait.
