Appartement de 40 m², refait à neuf en JUIN 2020, 1 chambre- salon de 23 m² pour 2-4 personnes . Maison de caractère du 17ème siècle avec poutres apparentes, grandes fenêtres de ce fait très lumineux. Appartement atypique avec beaucoup de cachet.
Situation : à 100 m du marché de Noël du Koifhus(place Ancienne Douane) à 10 m de la Petite Venise, à 10 m du Marché Couvert, à 20 mn à pied de la gare, à 45mn des premières stations de ski, à 10mn du Golf renommé d'Ammerschwihr , à 30 mn des aéroports Bâle-Mulhouse et Strasbourg....
Logement : Appartement de 40 m2, lumineux et calme composé d'une chambre-salon, 1 salle de bain, 1 toilette, 1 couloir avec débarras, 1 cuisine, le tout alliant modernité et traditions Alsaciennes. Belle vue sur la Petite Venise, sur les Quais de la Poissonnerie. Chauffage gaz.
