Description

Two bedroom apartment, three minutes walk from the sea. (Bandera blu /Blue flag 2014) In a well maintained residential complex, sixth floor, (with lift). With swimming pools, tennis courts, (open in summer * ) and children's playground ( open all year ).

Up to four guests comfortably. Bright living room, opens up into a sunny covered balcony with dining room table and chairs.

Fantastic views of countryside and the sunsets. Furnished and equipped with clean towels, sheets and tea towels. Ceiling and standing fans in the rooms and central heating in the colder months.

It has been totally redecorated with new kitchen, paintwork and furniture in all rooms. A new memory foam mattress in the main bedroom. Clean and contemporary

Comfortably accommodates four persons. (An extra folding bed can be provided for one extra person. Total 5. This incurs extra charges per person, per night)

This is our family home. I will not be personally there but a family member will be to welcome you.

Perfect base for relaxation and culture.

Few minutes walk from main road with plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Peaceful in off season periods. Lively family atmosphere during summer months. Street market, water parks and evening entertainment.

Bicycle hire nearby. Lovely wide cycle lanes from Lido Adriano to the heart of Ravenna for sightseeing and to the other Lidi (beach towns)

Wide sandy beaches, (three minutes walk away), shallow sea ( perfect for kids) volleyball, windsurfing/ watersports. Mix of loungers and free beach. Beach bars and restaurants.

Bus stop close to the apartment entrance. 20 minutes to Ravenna ( 10 minutes by car ) culture centre and transport hub. 10 minutes away by car to Marina Di Ravenna, Punta Marina and other Lidi. Each have their own personality.

To Rimini, just over an hour away by car ( nearest airport and driving along the coastal route is beautiful). Bologna, an hour and a half away. San Marino 60km. Venice 140km. Florence 150km.

Mirabilandia, the nearest theme park, is only 16 km away and can even be seen from the apartment balcony.

Please note that as the apartment is on the sixth floor, young children would have to be watched carefully to prevent climbing on balcony furniture etc.

*Please note that the swimming pool and tennis courts are open from the second week of June until the second week of September.
