Description
Villa mecajac is located on the cliff of Mecajac in the settlement of Cavtat about 15km from Dubrovnik centre. It was built in 2007 and is covered by white local stone from the local area and surrounded by landscaped gardens. The living space is subdivided into 3 independent self-contained units, and that means it could be used for a large family, large group of friends or 3 separate families holidaying together.
This area is very close to the airport and also tucked just out of the way to ensure a really peaceful vacation but close enough to enjoy all the facilities of the village below. The villa is about 700m from the village centre but there is a mini supermaket about 100m away.
The private pool is attended to daily, and a maid service ensures the high standard of accomodation and cleanliness is maintained. The housekeeper who lives nearby can assist if there are any minor emergencies, and provides guests with a good understanding of the immediate local area for excursions.

“Croatian villa in Cevtat”
Excellent villa, 3 x 3 bedroom apartments, great air con, 3 kitchens and 3 living rooms , good pool, stiff walk up the hill from Cevtat , but an Uber about £3.50 from the town, would recommend

“Perfect for a big group”
We rented this villa for a group of friends attending a wedding in Cavtat, 18 in total and it was perfect for us. The apartments are very modern and clean, they are also cleaned everyday. The pool is a perfect size, you won't be doing laps but for lazing around by, it's perfect. Bozo the housekeeper is very helpful and pops up now and then to check in. There are some beautiful views of the bay also. It is up a steep hill but it's fine, we generally walked into town and got a taxi back in the evenings which was only about 8euro. Only downside is that there is a bit of building going on in this area and so if that bothers you, prob best to check with the owner in advance, there was some going on when we were there but it didn't bother us. We had a great stay and I would recommend the villa no problem!

“Flott i Cavtat!”
Vi var fire familier som reiste på ferie til Kroatia. Totalt var vi 8 voksne og 9 barn. For oss var villaen i Cavtat helt ideel og vi hadde det utrolig kjekt. Selv om to familier måtte dele en leilighet var ikke det noe vanskelig da huset var romslig og veldig mange bad og toalett i hver leilighet. Huset var av god standard og rent og pent. Avstanden ned til sentrum var til å leve med, men med barn og gjerne noe matvarer tok vi ofte taxi. Taxi kostet ca 50kr. Det var også en liten restaurant og matvarebutikk i relativt kort avstand. ca 800 meter gange.

Response from the owner thanks very much for the review and i am glad you enjoyed your stay.. Ref utensils.. As a holiday villa (and not a hotel) we have a fairly good amount of utensils required for meals for the designated number of people(20) and we top up each year at the beginning of the season.... We encourage guests to use the dishwasher after meals to ensure there's always adequate utensils
