The outdoor balcony offers panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean and is the ultimate spot to relax from the lounge chairs and host evening dinners as you listen to the ocean waves. You'll even be located only 2 blocks away from the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier and popular restaurants like Island Way!

Upon walking inside from the wraparound porch, you're instantly transported back to an era where you can slow down and focus on spending quality time with those you love. The spacious open floor plan boasts a cozy living room with comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV. A few steps away is the dining area with seating for 6 and the well-appointed kitchen that features ample counter space, a coffee maker, and everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay.

The spectacular ocean views continue into the master bedroom, where you will find a queen-size bed and a charming ensuite bathroom with a shower. There are two other bedrooms down the hallway from the kitchen — one boasts a queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV, while the other has two twin-size beds and a flatscreen TV. These bedrooms share a quaint guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The vibes are relaxed, and everything is easy here; just grab the leash and beach gear (chairs and a wagon are provided) for your beach adventures! There's even an outdoor shower for you and your fur kids to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand, splashing in the surf, and fishing from the beach (or pier). But the amenities don't stop there; you'll find high-speed wireless internet available for those that need to stay connected, along with a full-size washing machine and dryer. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
